A tablet PC with a video *input*

I've always wanted this to exist, but have yet to find it. A tablet PC with a video input... would be perfect for the server room. Thoughts? Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

    Haven't seen it native, but you could use a usb device:
    KWorld Xpert DVD Maker USB 2.0 Video Capture Device at TigerDirect.com

    (there are other options...grabbed one for example).

    That wouldn't allow you to actually interact with the system. Think of it like having a built-in KVM. The tablet would run some thin OS, like Linux perhaps. You plug in a USB cable and a VGA cable and the remote machine shows up on the tablet, for you to interact with just like if you had a monitor and keyboard in the rack. A hand-held KVM system, basically.
