What is CNSS 4013 Recognition ??

On the CCNA: Security page at cisco's website i saw this CNSS 4013 recognition and also in the confirmation mail from cisco , it mentioned something about 4011 recognition certificate. Just wondering what is that?

CNSS is the Committee on National Security Systems. It is a government workgroup that among other things, sets standards for training. This is there website and this is the area that talks about 4011 and 4013.
