Can you guys refer to me a good site for performance monitoring, What I've been looking is something that shows you a good threshold like numerical in value for my reference and a quick explanation how does this object counter explanation. I found this:

Working with Microsoft Windows 2000's Performance Monitor

If there's a nice other reference you can share I would love to see it.

There is actually a layout of the acceptable values in Microsoft Help. It is a 6 page document that I printed out and saved. I'll have to look if I still have it when I get home.

While the test might pull out some values, the real way to know if your computer is struggling is by performing a baseline. Then you can keep track of how your server has responded differently over time and different conditions.

If you perform a baseline and then add 20 users, you can then take another baseline to find out how many resources these 20 users have taken. You can then use that information to make a guess at how well your server will be performing when you add 500 users.
Decide what to be and go be it.
