You may have to physically create the destination folder if it doesn't already exist, a lot of the cmd line prompts require that the folder you're trying to point to actually exist, it won't automatically create it for you. That's all I could think of though, the line looks correct to me from what I can tell.

Well, I figured out that it was a permissions issue on my server. I'll have to figure out what the reason for it is later. Thanks for point out the "s rule. I didn't realize how to get around that one till you explained it
