Oracle CRM vs DBA Certification?

Im rather new to Oracle and Im thinking of getting getting in Oracle CRM (which I believe is technically Siebel). Question is, does Oracle offer a certification in this - all I see is OCP, DBA, type certs.

Do I need to become a OCP/DBA to get certified in the CRM portion of it?
