2nd Interview done ~ time to wait...

So I just finished my second interview yesterday for a sys admin job that would pay roughly $10-15k more than my current one with benefits and would be about a 10 minute drive from my house. Hmmm I hope I get it! It sucks because no matter how well you think you did in the interview there could be someone else in the running better than you.

How long should I expect do you think after a second interview both in person to hear back from your experience?

I'd probably start calling if I hadn't heard from them after a week, but would definitely send them email to thank them for the opportunity the next day. Do you know how many people were invited for a second interview?

I wish I knew I have no clue. Maybe 2 or 3 I would guess.

I would say at least 2 weeks. Some companies can move so slow.

My pure guess would be after 2 weeks your chances are pretty close to 0%.

Unless it's a federal government job then expect to wait a year.
