Hi
Currently, I am looking for a full-time job. I applied for a lot of online jobs. But have not received good response. So, someone told me, that all these organizations receive hundreds of resumes a day.
Then, he told me the way he got his job. He went in person to some organizations, ask for the HR managers name and wrote a cover letter for him/her. then the next time he went there and ask for a meeting with this person, if not then give the resumes and cover letters. Sometimes he got interviews, sometime he didn't.
So, now my questions are:
Should I do it too?
Do they give you the names of their managers?
Do they except resumes like that?
Thanks

If you aren't having much luck online I'd give it a try. You don't have much to lose by trying. An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
