Printing Issue - MS Word

Hi Guys

I am experiencing some issue with printing in MS word 07. I cannot seem to alter the changes in Original Orientation to neither portrait nor landscape. The operating system in use is Windows XP and the printer Ricoh 5560,drivers have been re-installed and did the same for Microsoft office still haven't progressed far.

Anybody out there that can help kindly with this issue much appreciated.
