hey guys
any of you familar with the proc language in an AIX 5.3 environment
I want to make a macro in the language command line
and I do not know how in Proc language in the AIX.
It is for banking purposes? anyone familar with this language?

1. This is the Linux forum which is nothing to do with AIX :P
2. PROC isn't a part of AIX anyway.
3. From what I can tell, PROC is most probably the scripting language from some implementation of the Pick database. Pick databases being popular in the banking world.
Anyway, as you want to do scripting of some sort of banking platform then you should go to the banking platform vendor for documentation. Learning the language isn't the end of the story as you also need to learn the interfaces into the database and the banking logic that goes with it.
I've got experience with a specific Pick database implementation in banking but it doesn't use PROC so I can't help you with that.
