I was so worried up until I seen the first few Question, and then I see that studying paid off. Got a 611. Thanks to this website for all the helpful info it provides.

Congrats on the pass. So when are you going to test for the OS part? What book did you use also?

I am taking the class for the OS side now so I probably take the exam in june. (also taking net + class). The book that we used for both the hardware and the software is "PC maintenance prepareing for A+ certification" by Faithe Wempen the publisher is EMC paradigm ISBN 0-7638-1905-0. Hope this helps

Hey Congratulations on passing the hardware part. I am actually going for it on Feb 18. How was it like? where the questions difficult? I failed the os part the first time and went back about 2 weeks later and passed with Flying colors. I found that measureup.com and the study Guide Exam Cram 2 worked very well and were ver informative. Well congrats again I know how frustrating it can be. -Rob
