CUCM 4.2 Call Flow Question?

Hi Guys
I have been asked to look for a solution to this request and I am not really sure where to start
I have looked through the "Cisco Unified CallManager Features and Services Guide, Release 4.2(1)" but have not been able to find what I am looking for.
Environment
Call manager 4.2
Unity
"Yes there is an upgrade planned "
Call Flow request
Client A ---Calls--- Client B (Client B Is Busy) --- call bounces --- Client C --- (Client C Picks up) Client A only wants to leave a Voice mail for Client B so Client C transfers him to the Voicemail.
My Question
How can Client C transfer call from Client a straight to client B's Voicemail?
I have looked and I feel this must be possible but just does not seem straight forward.
Possible solution (but not all that good)
One possible way I have thought of to get this behaviour working is to have Client B extension assigned to a button on Client C’s Phone and then enable the Immediate Divert softkey. The downside to this is you would need to have every extension assigned to everyone’s phone and this is not possible 9 times out of 10.
So basically I am stuck If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
Many thanks
J

That was a great pointer
there is a link to the Cisco Docs on that page that clears a few things up.
It is a shame that when searching for the docs on the cisco website you get nothing.
Cheers
