Hi all,
Has anyone read John Long's 'ITIL Version 3 at a Glance' book while studying for the foundation exam, and if so, what are your opinions of it? Does anyone recommend this book or can suggest a book to study for the foundations exam?
Cheers!

I've not read John Long's book, so I can't comment on that.
The official Foundation Study Guide is specifically tailored to the syllabus and is very readable, so that would be one I recommend.
You can see it here ITIL Version 3 - TSO Shop
although it's available from the usual sources (Amazon etc) as well.
The IT Skeptic site also has some useful free resources to help you prep.
Good luck!

I had read in some of the threads that the official guides were quite dull. So, I was hoping an author had produced something more interesting; though, I doubt you can make exciting things like best practices. hehe.
