Company I work for uses Spiceworks. It does the job good enough for a free product. We are moving to Kaseya soon. Anyone else have experience with Kaseya?
Just don't use HP Service Manager... It blows really. I mean it's simplified but in the middle of working a ticket they sometimes can just go poof and disappear. All of that documentation gone... It's why I do my ticket in notepad and then past it into Service Manager.
