Upgrade CCNA Lab to CCNP Route Lab
Goal: To be able to use my lab for all the labs for the CCNP: Route in the Cisco network academy curriculum. We have equipment in my class but there are so many labs it would be very convenient to be able to lab at home for whatever labs I do not finish in the classroom.
Current lab equipment:
1721 /w WIC 2T x1
2501 x1
2503 x1
2950 Enhanced Image x2
2900 XL x1
I'm only concerned with the CCNP: Route lab setup, I'll worry about the CCNP: Switch setup when I get there. Yes I realize GN3 is a great option. I'd like to use as much real hardware as possible though
When researching I've seen a lot of people using the 2620XM's maxed out with 12.4 OS. What do these routers do that mine can't concerning the CCNP: Route labs? What are your recomendations to add to my lab? Thank you all!
