Has anyone ever setup a business for VOIP?
I'm new to this and have never really researched this or setup a VOIP connection.
I have an office of about 20 - 25 people, each needing an office phone and the office having 3 - 5 outside lines.
What would I need to setup exactly?
I'm assuming its like a network connection to a switch into a VOIP box?? Correct me if I'm wrong.

For something small like that I'd just go with a provider service. They will usually come set you up with a router, switch and phones. You will then usually have some sort of online portal to log into to manage the lines.

This can be done VERY easily on your end with the Cisco Smart Business Communications System.
Cisco Unified Communications 500
48-port 500 Switch
20-25 Phones
