clarification on the 70-642 exam please.

Hello folks,
I need a bit of clarification please.. The Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Exam 70-642 looks interesting and may be a nice way to get my first Microsoft cert. I just got my CCNA cert so the above course looks like a nice segway. I have a fair ammount of server OS experience dating back to NT4 and most recently 2003.

The question is.. on the Microsoft certification site, they indicate that I need to take 3 classes before taking the one test. Yet what I read here it seems that I just need to get the self study guide or take one class.. I'm a bit confused.

Appreciate it if you can clear things up for me.

The site wants you to take the 3 elearning courses but they're not required. Since you already have some AD experience you should be fine self studying and taking the 70-642 test.
Get the MS Press Training kit book and maybe the Sybex book and you'll be fine.
