MCITP:EMA 2007 Lab requirements

I'm trying to find out what will be needed to lab for this cert. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm asking because I'm torn between taking this cert path and the SQL cert path. If it is goiung to be expensive to set up my lab environment then I may just go the SQL pathe for now.
My current set up is I have a lab comp: core i5 12 GB RAM Server 2008 R2 w/hyper-v
My internet set up is just standard high speed DSL (port 25 is blocked which may cause problems that have to be dealt with)
