Force3 Academy ?

I recently viewed a job posting for Force3 Academy for entry level engineers. Anyone know anything about this? It says you need a minimum of CCNA, or MCITP, MCSE, no other requirement listed. Is this good to go? Foot in the door?

Sounds like a Jedi thing to me. Based out of New Zealand, perhaps?
