Responsible primarily for administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems in a 24x7 production environment. Duties include administration of Microsoft Servers, IIS, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, and other applications
• Proficient at administering IT systems including servers, networking equipment, software, storage, web sites, workstations, and end-user software residing at JurInnov headquarters and remote locations.
• Able to manage and troubleshoot IIS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VPN, and Certificate Services.
• Capable of providing secondary support for Exchange, SharePoint, VMWare, Hyper-V and web systems.
• Experience creating system diagrams and schematics using Microsoft Visio.
• Knowledge of information security technologies and methodologies.
• Able to provide off-hours support for critical pages during assigned weeks.
