A+ exam objectives

Will CompTIA be updating these any time soon???

    I would recommend asking them for that. Usually they will give a grace period of 7-8 months before it changes (from what I have seen).

    They just updated the objectives recently. I don't think they'll be doing it again for a while.

    Yeah, November of 2003 was the last update. I was just wondering if they were going to update again this year.

    I guess that doesn't matter to me, though, because I'll be done well before then. I'm just about set to take the hardware, but how long does the OS usually take to study? It seems like there is a lot less material in the OS exam than in the hardware exam.

    I'm sure it will be another year or two before they revise. They usually try to update the exams when emerging technologies come out. The last revision seems pretty up to date. The time it took you study for the Hardware should be the same amount of time you need to study for your OS.
