Allotted time between 701 & 702??

Hey everyone. I successfully passed my 701 with a score of 833.

I'm wondering how long I can wait before taking 702. I know it's recommended to take them in the same day or the same month but I'm wondering if there's actually a set amount of time you can wait between exams. I appreciate it. Next up 702 then Net+!

Congrats on the pass and welcome to TE!
I don't know that there is any limit but it's best to take them close together to keep the material fresh.

Most people do it within a week of the first exam. I agree with earweed; its best to do it while the material is still fresh.

You could take them back to back (if you're a sadist

). Don't let too much time pass because since there is sooooo much overlap, I hope you prepared for both at the same time. Personally, I took one on a Friday, crammed and refreshed over the weekend and took the other on Monday (or maybe Tuesday, it all seems like a blur
