ITAA or ITTA? Security Awareness exam

I need some information for the ITAA or ITTA exam not sure whats the correct one my instructor has it as ITTA. I am look for the Cost/ number of Questions/ and Time given and exam/test Number(s) for the exam. just need that info on it it just to fill out a LAN101 cert info assignment and this is the only one I can NOT find anything on.

The only one that I could find is the one offered by Brainbench. According to their site, they are offering it for $49.95.
