Anybody here used Sharepoint Foundation 2010

I noticed that the Server 2008 R2 tests will cover Sharepoint Foundation 2010 and was wondering if anyone here has used it yet and how it compares to Sarepoint 3.0.
I was wondering this because I'm studying some of the changes to the exam and would like some real world info on the subject.
