Phone number - Outlook
Correct me if I am wrong but if somebody emails you and CC's other people I can only see their email address in the Outlook properties?
I emailed somebody asking for contact information, they respond and CC the other people. This person is not in the same business/organization as I am. So I got the email address but needed the phone number. I get a rude response back saying "why do you think I CC'd those individuals?
I was going to respond "I can't look up your properties beyond the name and email address of the person you CC'd" but I figured I would ask first so I don't sound like an idiot.

But yeah, name & address only within emails. -

Actually it got worse lol. The guy went off on our PM saying he has better things to do than look up information. I wanted to say I don't have access to his GAL but I decided to play ignorant.
