Online schools and proctored exams

I was looking at the programs from UMUC and Northeastern's online program and found that UMUC requires the final exams to be proctored but I have not found anything about proctored exams on NE site.
Anyone can tell me if they require exams to be proctored as well.

Also, anyone have issues with proctored exams because you were deployed and in no way could take the exam. I want to be able to go through the course without any delays and wondered if there was any alternatives to this. Thanks

Any school with any integrity is going to require a proctored exam for upper level classes at a minimum. Troy has an eArmy campus, so they may have a more workable system in place for deployed servicemen.
