Has anyone experience with using the FAUmachine Open Source Virtual Machine project? I'm looking for a VM environment that's highly configurable down to the vitualized hardware level. I need to fool the drivers installed in an OS image into perceiving they are installed on compatible hardware (CPU, NIC, video, sound, etc.). FAUmachine looks like it comes the closest to having this type of configurability. I am wondering if anyone has used FAUmachine to this effect.
