Coming back to Workforce

Im finally getting back to the work force. Im finishing up school in december. I've accumulated numerous amounts of certifications. What kind of job title should I be searching for. Can I hope to be a Jr. System Admin or is the best I can hope for is helpdesk. Please critique my resume.

I enjoyed reading your cover letter. I have not looked at resume. I think the cover letter can be shorten but it was precise and to the point but with a little too much info. Think about how HR Recruiters scan these documents.

My recommendation > Instead of writing lines and lines about yourself right in the beginning, shorten that section and elaborate on what's going to get you the job (or interview), your experience. Write a bit more about each job, you have got the experience, write it better so you can sell yourself better.

The only reason I state this is because I applied for a Junior Admin. They called back stating I didnt have the qualifications. I definetely had a quick rebuttal for that but then quickly realizing she was just an HR person just relaying information from the IT department. The tried to offer me a customer service position. I felt really offended.
