2610XM Memory upgrade Error

I just upgraded the memory in my (2) 2610XM Routers, I get the following error:

the router has 256Meg RAM and 48 Meg Flash, is there something I need to set or reset?

did you upgrade the bootrom? part number is BOOT-2600XM-256=

I did not, its the same 12.2 Boot ROM version that is in the 2611XMs that I have and they work fine, but if you think thats it, I can order new ones.

I guess you can pull out the bootrom from the working 2611xm and put it into your 2610xm to make sure

You sure? That error is what you get if you've got the old boot ROM. What is the exact version reported on your 2610XM and 2611XM?

No. now I am not sure, I will fire it up again and report back. Damn I thought I was done with this upgrade, looks like eBay again.

Well the new boot ROMs showed up today, they are ver. 12.2(8r) the ones that were in the 2610XMs were 12.2(something I don't remember).

But it now sees all the RAM & Flash just fine. I have the New Rack showing up tomorrow, so I will install all the stuff and shoot some new photos for the Pics of Rack Thread.
