I've never worked with a Switch in a prod environment, so please forgive.
I'm in Chp 3 of Gibson's book and he is talking about that Unicast traffic is only broadcast thru ports 1 thru 4 of a switch, is this true?

HUB >> REPEAT, DUMB, BROADCAST etc.....
SWITCH >> smarter horse in the barn. "Switches according to MAC learned" for 1 to 1 traffic. More efficient. It knows where to send that traffic, not just pump it out.Next on Tap>> WGU B.S. IT - Network Administration
