Hi everyone
I thought you might like to know about the new BCS Specialist Qualifications that are an addition to the ITIL V3 Qualification Scheme.
They go into more depth in a particular area than the Lifecycle/Capability courses (more like the old V2 practitioners).
You can read about them here: Specialist Qualifications for Service Management Professionals | Specialist | ITIL® / IT Service Management | ISEB | Professionals | Qualifications, Training, Careers | BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT
They are very new, so I don't know which training companies are providing them or how widely they're available (yet!).
APMG are also launching their own version of these soon too - called Analyst rather than Specialist. Both the BCS and APMG courses are worth 1.5 credits towards ITIL Expert.
