2nd return from illness

Hi Guys,
its good to be back, i need your help!!

I have been studying CCNA now for 2 years, this seems like a long time i know but that has been broken up by two very long illness lay offs, (1 6 month and 1 9 month), but i am now fit again and ready to restart the CCNA track, i was just wondering if anything had changed in the past 9 months or so,

A bunch of people got qualified a lot of new Cisco routers are on ebay and there are a lot of new people here on TE.
