unix/linux/mac questions
quick question for you guys...
for those that have written the N+ exam, typically how many unix/linux/mac questions are there on the exam? are these questions in-depth as well or are they just general questions regarding those OSs?

As far as my exam went I had a few questions on Appletalk and SAMBA, but other than that there wasn't much else. Just make sure you know what ifconfig is relating to Linux and you should be fine. -

not specific questions on it. but 1 relates mac, 2 relates linux.
onlything you need to know is what protocol apple use and ifconfig like Tekniques says. -

I had only one Mac related question, one unix related, that's all. Both were very easy, straight-forward.i remain, he who remains to be....

thanks for the replies! I was expecting some in-depth questions being on the exam, but if it's straight forward stuff like what you guys said then I should be ok.

I took the Beta test and there were 2 appletalk questions, while several questions had Linux commands as choices for answers.
