OUs and applying policy

Just failed 70-291 last week and several question related to membership of OUs and how/where to apply policy really stumped me...I dont think these are covered at all well in the MS Press Book or TestOut or CBT Nuggets

Anyone know a good online guide to this sort of thing? I'm at a loss as to how to prepare for these questions or even what section they fall under in 70-291
