Hello All,
I will be starting a new job tomorrow after I complete an all-day paid training. I need to know what are the things that I NEED to do in order to move up? Basically, I have to setup laptops/PC for schools and installed the companies software into the PC and laptops. Thanks.

To move up? Do your job proficiently and express interest whenever there is more difficult work that might normally not be given to you. -

Heero summed it up.No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
