like the Routing and Remote Access snap in to fix a modem and some other snap ins mention.

Click Start, Run, type mmc, press OK to run it. This will start the Microsoft Management Console (MMC). Click Add/Remove Snap-in from the File menu and click the Add button on the standalone Tab to add snap-ins. This allows you to gather all the management utitlies you use most frequently into a single management console, which you can save to a file.

Or, you can run adminpak.msi and find links to all the snap-ins already loaded in a management console in the Administrative Tools of the start menu.
