Passed SEC+, Where to go from here?

Passed my test on Wednesday, Darril Gibs book was awesome. I started with COMPTias Sec+ Exam Cram but it wasnt enough for me to pass the first time.
Anyone have any advice for an exam I should take next? I would like to focus on Cisco but think it would be wise to atleast obtain a certificantion or two with Microsoft. Anyone have any expirience with MCITP?

There are so many certification paths to follow and deciding on a path should be based on where you are now and where you wish to go in the future.
