Network Analyzer?

Hello mates,

I'm looking for a tool that shows/provide the information of my own office network for inter-connectivity of servers to each other, IP addressess use, how network devices I have etc.?

Are there any for free because I have tried googling it but no luck.

You could try Wireshark, Ethereal or even Spiceworks.

Visio is good for documentation, however it doesn't collect data and it's not free.

Spiceworks is good for the type of reporting you are looking for.
