HP Compaq NX9105 troubles

Hey guys am working on a few of these machines at the moment and have come across a issue with not being able to track down one of the drivers.

Unknown driver

ACPI\VIA3076\5&28EE5EE0&0

Secondly the CPU should be running at 1.6Ghz, but the processor appears to be reporting at 800Mhz in Windows any ideas

It is a "Fast Infrared Controller". I doubt you'll actually need this.

Run something CPU intensive. It is probably in a power saving profile and scaling back the CPU frequency because it isn't needed. AMD called it PowerNow!
