CUCM 7.0 Disable MOH

This should be easy but I've wasted a solid hour here.
A client hates the default music on hold and just wants slience on their Communications Managege 7.0 setup. Any idea where I should be looking? Googled around, with no luck.
I am to the point where I might just upload a silient wav file and create a new resource group, but that is kind of a silly way to handle it I think...
little help?
