in CEH
Hi all!
I've been looking through the curriculum of CEH, and it seems there are things I've learned the hard way as well as some things I've yet to learn in it.
Overall, it seems like a really Fun exam, and getting a cert for having fun is always nice. However, I'm wondering about the "brand recognition" , so to speak, of CEH. Are there companies asking for this cert in Europe? I haven't had the slighest nudge from sales/bosses to study this.

Actually, no
Swedish employers often don't don't say what kind of certs would be beneficial, but save those kind of questions for the interview.
We had a goverment sponsored influx of paper MCSEs in the late 90's, and many companies are still weary of saying they want this or that cert. -
JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,099 AdminWell, in that case, I would suggest attempting to discover what Swedish high-tech employers highly-regard in the way of hiring requirements by other European and US companies. For example, just this year, the US Department of Defense has officially recognized the CEH cert. So if Swedish high-tech companies are into what the US DoD likes, CEH is a good cert to (soon) have in Sweden.
