Do you sandbox your desktop apps?

Are any of you using a sandbox for things like, your web browser, your email client, etc? I'm trying out Sandboxie for windows and it seems to work, but I haven't put it through a real test yet.

What impact would this have on keeping users free from web-based malware? Any experience?

I use it when playing with known viruses. Seems to work well most of the time unless you have a very early version. I also use it with IE if I am going to unknown places like .ru sites. I am not a cat but I play a curious one on the telly.
