CEH Official courseware

Guys right now I am using the Sybex CEH book but I got a great deal for the official courseware from someone who took the class. Is it worth it, does anyone know if the courseware would be worth my time or should I just stick to the sybex book. What I'm afraid of is spending unnecessary time getting into the official courseware material when the Sybex book would suffice.
