Multi OS Boot Pen

Hi
So other day I made a nifty Win7 boot pen on my new OCZ 4Gig (Waterproof shock proof lifetime warranty, lol) pen drive
So next question, could I have a menu appear on Boot and I simply choose what i wanna Boot to, like 1, Acronis 2, Win7 3, XP Pro
Has anyone done this or can anyone tell me why its not possible

Boot Multiple ISO from USB (MultiBoot USB) | USB Pen Drive Linux
boots to it but doesn't install it.
