Multi OS Boot Pen

So other day I made a nifty Win7 boot pen on my new OCZ 4Gig (Waterproof shock proof lifetime warranty, lol) pen drive
So next question, could I have a menu appear on Boot and I simply choose what i wanna Boot to, like 1, Acronis 2, Win7 3, XP Pro
Has anyone done this or can anyone tell me why its not possible

Might need a biiger drive though Boot Multiple ISO from USB (MultiBoot USB) | USB Pen Drive Linux boots to it but doesn't install it.No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
