Server2008R2 on vSphere - what a difference

I noticed that the console connection is extremely slow on Server 2008R2 guests

The easy fix

Increase Video Ram from 8 to 32MB and install the video driver.
The latter is a bit confusing - confusing because you'd think it installs them automatically during the Tools install .. but no no .. it leaves it on default VGA driver ..

Fix : Update the driver using

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMware\Drivers\wddm_video
