need help candidate id/comptia career id

hi guys i need help regarding my candidate id. it's format is different like this ds#######, shouldn't it be COMP############? can't login using it as my comptia career id. is this normal? sorry for my bad english

You may have to call CompTIA. I had some issues with figuring out what my CompTIA I.D. was and I had to end up just calling them and having them pull my record and provide me with the correct info.

Also, if you are having trouble logging in you may want to try and do the PW/Account recovery options? Otherwise just call CompTIA they will be glad to help.
