Here is my current lab setup:
Home/Office network: (Connected to ISP)
2811 - HWIC-D-9ESW-PWR, WIC-DSU-T1V2, NM-HD-2v w/VIC2-4FXO and VIC2-2FXS - running CME4.3 w/ B-ACD for AA
2x7960 IP Phones

AIR-AP1121G
HP-GL380-G4 running CUCM 7 (Just sitting there for the time being while I work through the CCNA:Voice material before the hard push before CVOICE goes away!)
3524PWR as core switch

Lab Setup
Adtran Atlas 550 set up as Frame Relay switch and PSTN Simulator (not shown in attachment) this is currently set up w/2-35N-64k, 8 FXS, and 1T1-PRI interfaces. The NT1 is connected to Atlanta_VoIP router to provide DID and POTS (8FXS) connections for analog simulation. The X35 ports are connected to serial ports on the Denver, Houston, Atlanta, and Orlando Branch routers.

3550-48-SMI-L3 image switch(VLAN routing on switch is not used at this time.) This switch is trunked with a fiber link to the 3524-PWR and is shared with the home network.
Denver Branch
2621XM - Max Mem, WIC-1T, WIC-1DUS-T1, NM-2v w/VIC-2FXO and VIC-2FXS - CME 4.3
WIC-1T is used for Frame Relay. WIC-1DSU-T1 provides connectivity between office and Lab.
Houston Branch
1760 - Max Mem, VWIC-1MFT1, WIC-1T, VIC-2FXO, VIC-2FXS - CME 4.3
WIC-1T is used for Frame Relay. VWIC-1MFT1 connected to Orlando Branch configured for FXO-Loop-Start.
Atlanta Branch
1760 - set up the same as Houston Branch and VWIC-1MFT1 connected to Adtran PSTN simulator. Router running CME 4.3 and B-ACD AA.
2 x 7910 IP Phones
Orlando Branch
3810-V3 - Max Mem, 4FXS, 2FXO, T1-PRI, 2 Serial.
T1-PRI connected to Houston Branch and is configured for FXS-Loop-Start, One Serial connected to Adtran Frame Relay Switch.
I also have a 2950-24 switch in the mix but not shown in attachment.

This was what I was working on:

While working through some of the configs trying to bring the lab portion up to speed (I began with the Atlanta Branch) I decided to install CME-B-ACD on Atlanta. I did that after the initial setup for IP connectivity on the 4 lab routers. I and also tested the ability to make and receive calls, to and from the Adtran, both by the trunk port and the FXS/FXO ports on Atlanta.
After installing CME-B-ACD, it took me some time to the application set up and working.

Once I had everything configured, I could make calls to 5555000 from the Adtran and the AA would pick up and route the call to any phone connected to Atlanta (IP and Analog.) Calls placed from the Adtran to specific numbers, 5555001 -5555028, would bypass the AA as it should.

From there, I decided to test some VoIP connectivity (and possibly expand the number of phones I had available for use in the lab) by connecting the T1 port on my 2811 to the Denver Branch router. Configured Routing (EIGRP and OSPF) and made sure the two could talk. Then I set up the necessary dial peer on both routers:

Here is the code:
Home Office:

dial-peer voice 200 voip
destination-pattern 555[4,5,6]...
session target ipv4:172.16.0.1
codec g729br8

Atlanta Branch:

dial-peer voice 200 voip
destination-pattern 555[1,7]...
session target ipv4:10.10.11.193
codec g729br8

Success. I could place calls between the routers. icon_cheers.gif I should note that I initially tried the g711uLaw codec but the voice quality was very poor due to the 64K links across the Frame Relay circuit.

So, now to the question(s).
I decided to go ahead and install CME-B-ACD on the 2811 so I brought the scripts in and configured the application CLI the same as I had on Atlanta with the only difference being the aa-pilot param which I set to 5557000. I also added the same hunt-groups as I had created on Atlanta. The last thing I did was add a dialplan-pattern to the 2811 (duplicated/modfied from Atlanta.
dialplan-pattern 1 5551... extension-length 4

Currently, I only want AA capabilities between the Office network and the Lab Branches. I have 2 POTS lines coming in and are connected to 2 of the FXO ports and have the approiate dial-peers set up and everything works as it should. I also have no intention (at this time) to make live calls to the PSTN!

The problem I am having is how to set up the dial peer(s) on the 2811 to activate the AA service; i.e.
dial-peer voice 7000 ???
 service aa
 incoming called-number 5557000
!and anything else required

I initially put the "service aa" Cl in dial-peer 200 but teh calls rang busy!
I tried setting up an ephone-dn for that number but no go! Calls to 5557000 would still ring busy!

I set up my office phone with a secondary number of 5557000 and the calls would route there. At least I know that call routing works (primary extensions are 1001 to 1004.)

What am I missing?
