Resume Review

First, please accept my thanks for reviewing my resume.
I've worked at the same place for 10 years now as Technology Director, so this is my first resume I've ever had to create.
Because I'm only listing one job, I have listed many of the technologies and responsibilities I've had to do (quite a bit).
Here are my questions.
I've combined my proficiencies and duties, should I separate those?
For instance, I listed Exchange 2007, but didn't specifically say I was in charge of the email server.
Also, I've done some freelance work for other companies. Should I list those?
Third, do you like the layout?
Thanks so much.

Take a look at your management section, see how it quantifies exactly what you did, try and use that type of format for your IT and marketing experience. I.E. Responsible for setting up DNS, DHCP, ISA and Exchange servers. That's just generally how i've seen them. Of course there are much more qualified people on here with resumes. Wish I had your level of experience.WGU BS:IT Completed June 30th 2012.

Format is rather hard to read, I stared at the resume for about a minute before I figured (only kind of) out what you actually did at your jobs. Plenty of people have posted their resumes over the past few weeks, please go through them and edit yours. Like the way it is currently, your resume is destined for the trash can. In the face advice, but that's how it is.
