I picked this up a few years ago in prep for the CCNA but lost interest. Now trying to pay off some credit cards.

2620XM router
2501 router
2514 router
2520 router
2x 2950 switches.

i have all the correct cables and transcievers also. might be able to get another 2950 from work too. how much could i get for this? i dont want to put it up on ebay it seems like it would be a hassle. i might put it up on craigslist and try and sell it locally(im in los angeles).

thanks

If you sell it as a kit with the rack try $400 (or more if you feel lucky) -- for the convenience of a pre-built kit -- and work your way down to $300 if you get no interest.

Someone might be able to piece their own kit together (without the rack and transceivers) for around $200ish -- but then the shipping for each device could add up to another $100 ( and the transceivers alone sometimes will cost more than the 2501 that needs them icon_lol.gif ).

If they don't have max memory, then the price drops.

    For Max Memory, I'd say:
    $50ish for the 2620XM
    $10 for the 2501 ($15-20 with Transceiver)
$20 for the 2514 ($30-40 with Transceivers) for the "dual interface premium"
$30-50 for the 2520 for use as Frame Relay Switch (plus 5-10 more for a Transceiver)
$30-50 for the 2950s (or more since some people will still pay $75 each)

You could try to sell the transceivers for $15-25 each -- lots of people try to do that icon_lol.gif

Mikes estimates are about what I'd be willing to pay for each piece, though if you look up each item on eBay, most of the listings with a buy it now price are asking for quite a bit more.

The real question is how long are you willing to hold on to everything before you give in to a lowball offer.
