Resumes for Dummies?

I have been in the military for 14 years now and during that time, have never had to do a resume. Well the time has come. I passed the CISSP exam and now have to put together a resume in order to send up. I have met the 5 years experience, now just need to put it into a resume. Anyone have any links or anywhere where I can get a template to use, to make it a little easier on me. Thanks.

Name
Contact info
Summary of qualifications
Certifications
Education
Professional experience
References (optional, a lot of people leave this off, as it's assumed that they will be available when requested)
Good luck.Complete: MSMIS, MBA, EPIC certified
In progress: CPHIMS, CAPM
