local user logon to the server??? (2003)

By default, user's can't logon to the server locally unless you enable that in the domain controller security policy. My question is - Where do you go specifically to change this option so a regular user CAN logon onto the 2003 server DC locally??

I found it...It was under..Start / Programs / Admin Tools / DC Security Settings / Local Policies / User Rights Assignment / Allow log on locally / Find that particular user.
